Field Representative/Agronomist CFS Technology has been contacted by a client of ours who is looking for an Field Representative . They are expanding their sales division and are in need of an Field Representative to add to their team. What the company offers a new Field Representative ? Medical/Dental/Vision Life Insurance/401K Aggressive performance bonus Work hard and play hard environment Reputable agriculture company with over 50 years in the business Organization is family owned with a strong family-oriented culture - Their employees are main priority Opportunities for growth, both horizontally and vertically High visibility to the executives Overview of Field Representative role include: Identify and prospect new clients and maintain current clients Understand and identify challenges in the local environment Perform routine testing such as spot fire testing on nutrient samples Collect various field samples for analysis and testing on nutrient samples Phone and in-person communication Attend marketing and trade shows Qualifications of Field Representative include: Bachelors degree in AG science of some kind Credentialing required - PCA or CCA MS Office, Smart Sheets and Constant Contact knowledge a plus Excellent communication skills
