Orama Solutions are exclusively engaged with a Tier 1 VC backed Series A 15 million dollar startup who are reinventing policy and authorization for cloud-native applications. New cloud-native technologies speed delivery and deployment yet, they lack framework to determine authorization. Our open-source and commercial technology allows cloud-native teams to build security and compliance into their infrastructure to remove errors and improve security. Having successfully tripled growth for 2 years in a row we are now looking for our 2nd solutions architect globally to come in and help be the point of contact for all our customers and prospects. We are one of the very few companies who have graduated from the CNCF. We are fully open-souce and the community around our technology is growing immensely, we are no longer a niche product. See below: Current Position; $180-$200k base + 20/30% + Equity BASED ANYWHERE IN THE US This is a great chance to join a small technical function before we scale later this year after we've raised a large Series B. This is a huge opportunity to join a startup where the potential of this technology is incredible, Forrester predicts the public cloud market to increase by $271 billion in the next two years. We already have a number of household names using our product, this opportunity is huge. Leadership; The head of of Solution Architecture is an incredible leader and has worked within this space for the last 6 years coming through Pivotal and VMware The Head of Sales has an incredibly strong track record and understands this space very well having previously been the VP of Sales at Sysdig. Phenomenal leader. Having met the Co-Founder's and CEO at Kubecon 2019, I can testify their passion for being the leaders within the policy space and enabling enterprises to authorize security across k8s environments. Product; We are market leading, there are no open source competitors when it comes to policy authorization and we already have clients like CapitalOne, Netflix, Pinterest, Intuit and Reddit to name a few. Gartner believe that in two year's time a further 45% of all global organizations will be running containerized applications and our product works, we're on for some journey. Okta are a $30 billion dollar company based on Authentication yet the Authorization market only has one player and that is us. The market opportunity here is incredible. What's the role? We're looking for our 2nd Solution Architect in the US who will work closely with our sales team to drive cloud security through our open source solutions. What will you be doing? --- Support the sales team to help customers understand the value of our open-source and commercial products.--- Deliver presentations, demos and POC's--- Work hands on with customer developers to help integrate our products--- Be the technical point of contact for all prospective customers.--- Must be willing to learn new code such as Rego Experience needed to apply; --- 3+ yeas experience in either a pre sales role or a customer facing solution architecture role--- Experience with modern application development is a must--- Need to have come from a developer or very technical background and you need to understand how to code while also being hands on--- You must come from a cloud-native/micro services background
