Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSEAnswers and triages requests to Service Center and provides first level support. Documents requests and escalates to second or third level support when needed. Monitors dashboards and alarm panels following appropriate procedures or protocols. Checks and records system statistics to ensure proper operations. Provides onsite triaging of end user support devices.QUALIFICATIONSLicense /CertificationRequired:N/APreferred:N/AEducationRequired:N/APreferred:N/AExperienceRequired:Two years on the job training in Information Systems; orOne year of computer operations experience and A+ certification; orOne year of IS trade school training or college degree.Preferred:N/AKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesN/ADepartment Specific RequirementsN/ATestingN/A
