ROUGHLY A 3 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION COVERING A LEAVE NEED STRONG ACCOUNTING AND EXCEL EXPERIENCE TO EVEN BE CONSIDERED Pay: $25 Essential Functions

• Preparation of bi-monthly milk hauler payments, taking into account the fuel surcharge movement
• Calculate and provide hauling rates specific to each members hauling cost
• Validate and verify processed fluid hauling expenses, track to ensure CDI is recouping any associated expenses
• Effectively track and communicate member degrade charges
• Track and validate wash/CIP charges and demurrage charges for customers and haulers
• Communicate and balance with haulers in regard to hauls (raw milk, processed fluids and finished goods) and overall account balance
• Balance all G/L accounts related to hauling
• Prepare and provide daily analytics on milk movement, hauling costs and other various KPI's
• Compile and update producer and customer profiles
• Assist in the optimizing daily milk movement
• Work with Transportation team through the implantation process of new dispatch/member payment software
