Description:Kuubix Global is looking for a Solar Site Surveyor in Visalia, CA. The Solar Site Surveyor is responsible for hosting and passing city/county inspections for Solar PV residential systems. The ideal candidate is versatile, adaptive, has strong customer relation skills, and is highly attentive to detail. We are looking for a dependable person who will maintain a high level of business ethics, professionalism, and excellent communication between co-workers, customers, and management.JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to perform job functions safely and efficiently for quality assurance. This includes but is not limited to climbing ladders/stairs, work safely in a warehouse/rooftop/attic environment, work on rooftops with various pitched surfaces, move any/all equipment as needed such as ladders, tools, etc.
• Work in extreme environments (i.e. hot/cold weather, hot/cold attics and homes), use and operate all given resources to achieve and determine the accuracy of the site assessment
• Conduct a physical site assessment using a variety of tools and equipment including data collection devices, photo capturing
• Measure roof planes, vents, dormers, chimneys, and other roof obstructions
• Fill out paper and digital site assessment sheets in Scoop
• Upload information through a tablet and/or mobile device
• Work with scheduled appointments, track hours and reschedule when needed
• Professional appearance and interaction with homeowners at all times is required; excellent customer service skills is a must
• Out-of-area and overnight travel will be expected
• Deliver and pick up essential plans, permits, and/or other documents as needed from AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction)
• Ability to read a tape measure. Requirements:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Estimating or site assessment experience
  • PV/energy efficiency experience is strongly preferred but not required
  • Quick with numbers and simple arithmetic with or without the use of an electronic device
  • Solar experience, construction experience, customer service experience, site survey experience a plus
