as a Core Program Manager/Clinical Supervisor for Wraparound in
Visalia, California? While providing clinical oversight to staff,
you'll see that the intensive home-based programs are successfully
supporting the needs of our high-risk youth and their families.
Through strong collaboration, you will guide your team to support
families in achieving their full potential.YOUR OPPORTUNITYYou'll
work directly with staff who are on the front lines of intensive
home based service delivery. You will work collaboratively with the
team to implement treatment plans for youth who struggle with
behavioral and mental health issues. You'll have a direct impact on
the success of the program as a resource to those you supervise by
training staff, mitigating client safety issues, supporting program
compliance, and evaluating staff's ability and willingness to
provide strength-based trauma-informed care. As part of the
team-based approach, you'll provide clinical group and individual
supervision, participate in staff meetings and have the ability to
shadow staff to provide in-the-moment modeling, coaching, and
feedback. As a way to strengthen families and support in times of
need, you will provide back up after hours support to staff on a
rotation basis.YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages program
services, requirements, and work performed by staff to operational,
contractual, budgetary, practice, regulatory and funder
standards.Monitors and ensures quality of services provided, the
timely submission of case/service documentation, and reports to
funders/partners.Conduct and document regular supervision and
training with supervisees, including in-vivo field based
supervision, live shadowing, modeling and support in
home/school/community settings and nights/weekends/holidays as
applicable).Completes client intakes, assessments, family, and
client sessions as needed.Provides immediate crisis support to
program staff and families and serves as back up for after hour
on-call as needed (may include mobilization for crisis,
assessments, support, etc.)Reports incidents, grievances, concerns
and related documentation in a timely manner.Implements agency best
practice and quality assurance efforts including compliance to data
tracking systems and program specific outcome measurements.Serves
as liaison with clients, partners, staff, funders and community
entities.Participates in program related trainings; monitors and
educates staff on updates to regulatory compliance and funder
requirements.Ensures completion and compliance with administrative
functions (time sheet, mileage, time off requests, credit card
submissions, other expense reimbursements, and etc.)Performs
additional duties as assigned.Addendum for Clinical Supervisor
Duties:Provides and documents clinical individual and group
supervision to program staff; provides individual clinical
supervision to clinicians accruing hours towards licensure in
compliance with BBS standards.Provides clinical direction in
alignment with Agency's practice standards and the Board of
Behavioral Examiners regulations.Coordinates and oversees chart
audits and oversees the preparation of reports in response to
audits including plans of corrections.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSMaster's
degree in a related field ORWhen allowed by program, contract or
licensing body: a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a
minimum of (2) two years of experience managing a program in the
field of family and community services.A minimum of two (2) years
of experience working in a related field / setting (community
based, social services, behavioral health, school based or
residential setting).Meets all state required conditions of
employment as set forth by funder and Community Care Licensing for
a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child
Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical. Valid CDL and clean
driving record.Meets all compliance requirements of federal, state,
and county regulations by periodic sanction checksAdditional
Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:California Licensed Marriage
Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed
Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychologist with the Board of
Behavioral Sciences (BBS).Meets BBS qualifications to provide
