Job Description:

Process invoices received from Vendors/Subcontractors and verify against Purchase Orders for any discrepancies. Provide administrative support for Project Managers. Type up Proposals to be sent to Customers. Package items (RFI's, Change Requests, Submittals, Subcontracts, etc.) for distribution to Project Owners or Subcontractors and log into Accounting System. Keep track of any outstanding items submitted. Generate billings to Customers for work completed on a regular basis. Follow up on Aging Reports for billings that are past due. Open new projects in Accounting System. Generate Purchase Orders for materials to be purchased. Run project status reports as requested. Responsible for ensuring that entries for projects. Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PDF files. Job Requirements:2+ previous years experience in an Administrative Role -
  • Construction/Contract experience a plus
