• Independently produce commercial appraisal reports from start to finish
• Inspect properties of all asset types
• System Management: Up to date timesheets, Keeping salesforce data, Generating and sending invoices
• Deliver the best customer experience in the industry
• Take appraisal classes and engage in other learning opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships across the real estate industry with brokers, lenders, and other market participants
• Work directly with our development team to continue to improve our technology
• Research and understand macro and micro trends within the commercial real estate The day to day is focused on completing appraisals with your team, updating clients, collecting and confirming market data, and supporting senior appraisers.Who You AreA strong performer, with high attention to detail, who prides themselves on learning and improving continuously on the job. You are humble and take critical feedback as a way to grow and improve. You are friendly and respond with a cool head under pressure. You're able to diffuse high tension situations and maintain your composure in frustrating circumstances (or when dealing with strongly worded customer complaints).
