Resource Innovations is seeking a Principal , Energy Efficiency
Program Operations to join our growing team. As The Principal,
Energy Efficiency Program Operations, you will play a key role on
the Resource Innovations Market Transformation team consisting of
20+ members with responsibility for developing systems and
processes for business operations for the market transformation
practice and delivering timely, quality business information to
clients. The Manager, Energy Efficiency Program Operations will
lead a team within the Market Transformation practice overseeing
market transformation program operations including accounting,
contracts, invoicing, tracking, and reporting, procurement, and
information technology and systems.

Develops and implements new business systems and processes that
support client satisfaction and automated reporting
Leads a team of 3-5 direct reports plus subcontractors to develop
and manage accounting, contracts, procurement, and IT for the
market transformation practice
Develops systems, processes, and templates for invoicing, tracking,
reporting, and IT (market transformation initiative idea
collection, market transformation system of records, website)
Works with subcontractors to ensure IT systems work well together
and data flow is streamlined with external partners
Ensures timely submittal of deliverables including but not limited
to invoices and reports, contract deliverables, market
transformation initiative system tracking, and ad hoc requests.
Manages and tracks program budgets and deliverables to ensure
contract compliance
Supports program leadership in decision-making
Supports the team and manages subcontractors for procurement
practices to ensure a decision framework meeting all required
guidelines and facilitating a fair and competitive procurement
process, as needed
Oversees contracts with multiple subcontractors to ensure client
contract compliance
Works closely with Resource Innovations Corporate Services to
ensure integration of systems and processes including but not
limited to accounting and IT
Collaborates effectively with internal and external partners in
addition to cross-functional teams including but not limited to
data/system set up ensuring system viability with MTI analysis
Provides client support and management as needed
Supports administrative tasks related to meetings with external
groups, including minutes, logistics, announcements, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, and/or
business operations, including management of others in these
areas
A Degree in Accounting, or Business or equivalent; In lieu of
degree, combination of education and experience would suffice.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven leadership and management skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Previous client facing experience preferred
Experience working with utility companies and government
organizations preferred
Experience and acumen energy efficiency preferred
