Job Description:

We are looking for an experience operations account manager, preferably senior or Level II with specific knowledge in perishables and air/ocean exports. Duties include:

• Develop relationship with clients
• Analyze supply chain processes and recommend methods to improve efficiency
• Update clients with cargo tracking
• Invoicing customers and submitting vendor invoices to accounting
• Serve as liaison between client and sales
  Qualifications:
  
  • 5+ years of logistics, supply chain management, or account management experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Specialized knowledge and experience in exports (air/ocean)
    Notes:
    We are a NVOCC that has been mostly handling import ocean and our operations team are experts in this area. However, we are expanding to more export business so we are looking for someone who knows exports through and through and is willing and able to teach our existing operations team how to handle exports.
