Account Executive - Integrated Payments

Our growing company is seeking to hire an Integrated Payments Account Executive who will be responsible for growing our portfolio of customers on integrated electronic payments. You will be responsible for pitching the entirety of BLAZE integrated payments products, closing sales, and ensuring ongoing client success (in partnership with other support teams).

You will be in charge of driving sales by developing prospecting & closing strategies, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. The right person will have deep experience diligently managing & logging their pipeline & activities in a CRM, and brings a track record of reliably delivering against revenue or other sales goals.

Account Executive - Integrated Payments Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue goals for integrated payments
  • Own departmental sales OKRs for integrated payments to measure performance and report them regularly to leadership
  • Attend weekly forecasting/pipeline meetings - cross-functionally collaborate with Head of SaaS Sales & Business Development
  • Ensure high level of customer service during pre-sales process
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation & promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with Payments Implementation team to help define seamless process from close to live based on customer & organizational requirements

    Account Executive (Integrated Payments) Requirements:
    • 2+ years of combined software sales experience
    • 1+ years of fintech experience or familiarity with banking & financial services
    • Must have a consistent experience & track record of success around managing OKRs, driving revenue growth against quota, and increasing profitability in the software industry
    • Must be experienced in maintaining detailed CRM records and system structure.
    • Excellent presentation and listening skills
    • Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline development and management
    • Ambitious, proactive with a passion to succeed
    • Must be analytical and results-oriented through all stages of the sales cycle
    • Cannabis retail experience is a plus but not required
    • Hubspot experience is a bonus
