But our associates come to work for much more - the chance to feed their own lives through exciting work that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in their professional and personal lives every day.Job Requirements:Preferred Qualifications for a Merchandiser:* High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not needed* A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.* 1 year of general work experience with minimal experience preferred* Ability to frequently lift / carry products weighing approximately 50 lbs as well as ability to push / pull up to 100 lbs.* Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.* Must have reliable transportation, will be reimbursed for mileage* Ability to provide a high level of customer service and solve customer issues as they arise.* Must be able to stack product according to sales center stacking procedures* Must possess basic math skills* Must be 18 years or olderThe physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
