Established (20 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Employment Law Attorney
for Employment Law in Fresno, CA An established firm based in
Fresno with over 20 years in practice is seeking an Employment Law
Attorney with est. 2-7 years of experience to join their team in an
onsite or hybrid capacity, depending on experience. This Attorney
will have experience with litigation , ensuring compliance with
relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in
litigation, counseling, and labor and employment matters. Offer:
Salary range: $120,000-$180,000, contingent on experience Medical,

legal education support Qualifications: The candidate must be
admitted to the California Bar and in good standing. The candidate
must have experience handling litigation, mediations, depos, and
more. The candidate must have strong research, writing, and
communication skills. The candidate must be able to manage cases
independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and
clients. The candidate must demonstrate sound judgment and the
ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
Responsibilities: The Attorney will counsel employers on compliance
with state and federal employment laws. The Attorney will represent
clients in administrative proceedings and litigation related to
labor and employment issues. The Attorney will prepare legal
documents, including motions, briefs, and advisory memoranda. The
Attorney will collaborate with clients to provide strategic
guidance and support on personnel matters and workplace policies.
The Attorney will assist clients in developing proactive solutions
to minimize legal risks and prevent disputes. - For this position,
you must be currently authorized to work in the United States
without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
