Job Description:

Position Summary:
The -Sr. -Technical -& Creative -Recruiters -at Cypress identify,
recruit, select, and deploy -talent -for the best and brightest
companies in -the nation. -Recruiters -develop relationships with
experts in various industries -to -identify -the best-fitting
-career opportunities for them.
Position Requirements:
Recruit top IT -& Creative -talent and serve as the main point of
contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle, including actively
managing -placements -for the entire assignment with the client
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to match them with
the -best -opportunities
Evaluate experience and opportunities of candidates through
screening process -to determine whether a candidate would be -best
-fit -for a -specific -client
Understand our clients' business initiatives, as well as their
specific technical and cultural environments to best match the
career goals of consultants with their hiring needs
Build innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch
candidate or client experience
Identify trends and demonstrate knowledge, data and intelligence to
develop creative, customized sourcing strategies
Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to
attract and hire candidates for our clients' needs
Preferred -Skills:
BS/BA, Military or equivalent professional experience
Corporate or Agency recruiting experience
Interest in a performance-based environment including outbound
calling
Enthusiasm to network and communicate with others
Hustle, tenacity, and determination
Team Player
Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
