Remote position

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
We expect the Sourcing Recruiter to partner closely with teammates and client leads to drive strategies for candidate attraction and client partnership, which would include but are not limited to researching and leveraging data to construct an appropriate gauging of candidates towards the tech positions. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong -service-oriented -culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sourcing expertise across various recruiting systems such as -iCIMS, Hire, -Entelo, LinkedIn etc. Additionally, they should be an expert at sourcing top tech talent and be able to understand through data (loop feedback, competitor studies, etc.) what has driven those successes. They will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The -sourcer -will have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate having a backbone, disagreeing and committing, and have a sense of urgency, understanding the value of the role they play in providing amazing customer service and for the greater vision of this initiative. Lastly, they will feel comfortable in a start-up environment where ambiguity is the norm and they can navigate through these situations with ease.

Core Responsibilities:
- - - - - - - - -Function as the strategic sourcing recruiter and subject matter expert building talent pipelines for -mid-level -software engineers
- - - - - - - - -Will strategically use a variety of sourcing tools to find talent through filters and saved templates, building appropriate dashboards, and simplifying candidate generation -Frequently mine talent from our existing ATS database and use an integrated system to pipeline
- - - - - - - - -Use data to help drive the appropriate hiring decisions with various team stakeholders. -Conducting a recruiter screen to understand a candidates desired career values and skill sets to match them with the right opportunity

REQUIRED SKILLS
- - - - - - - - -3+ years of technical (IT, software, digital) recruiting software development engineers CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- - - - - - - - -Proven success recruiting passive candidate generation
- - - - - - - - -Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- - - - - - - - -Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Experience in sourcing for high volume sourcing events

PREFERRED SKILLS
- - - - - - - - -Experienced in sourcing software engineering talent for large scale tech companies or startups
- - - - - - - - -Experience balancing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, business partnerships, and candidate relationships
- - - - - - - - -Strong aptitude for quickly learning our recruiting process (intakes, process flows of systems, metrics driving success of our recruiters)
