Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources
Director to join our team. This is a permanent position offering an
exciting opportunity to collaborate with executive leadership and
drive the HR strategy for our organization. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision
of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire
company. This includes overseeing the daily workflow of the HR
department, ensuring compliance with employment laws and
regulations, and managing employee relations. You will also be
responsible for maintaining employee records and processing payroll
for confidential employees. Fluency in Spanish and English is a
must for this role. Responsibilities: Collaborate and consult with
the executive leadership team to understand and execute the
organization’s human resources needs. Develop and implement HR
policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the overall
business strategy. Ensure compliance with employment laws and
regulations. Oversee the daily workflow and compliance of the HR
department. Oversee practices as it relates to hiring, talent
development, performance management, and employee relations.
Oversee the design and administration of benefits and retirement
offerings that attract and support talent. Maintain employee
records and process payroll for confidential employees. Ensure
safety compliance throughout the organization. Perform additional
tasks as assigned by the executive leadership team. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification will be
an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human
Resources leadership role. Comprehensive knowledge of employment
laws and regulations. Proven experience in managing talent
acquisition, talent development, and employee relations. Experience
in designing and administering benefits and retirement offerings.
Proficiency in maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
Knowledgeable in safety compliance. Excellent leadership,
communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Spanish and
English, both written and spoken. Ability to work collaboratively
with a diverse team and build strong relationships across all
levels of the organization. Strong strategic thinking and
problem-solving skills. High level of discretion and
