About this Opportunity
Zumper is seeking a Sales Recruiter to find and close top talent as we continue to grow our business development and sales functions. You will use your experience in full-cycle recruiting to find key hires and rapidly grow Zumper's team.

What You'll Do
Work closely with hiring managers to understand team hiring needs and enable quality hiring decisions
Deliver effective sourcing, assessment, and closing methods through a deep understanding of the company and team needs
Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies and relationship management
Execute on recruitment and screening strategies to increase the pipeline of qualified candidates
Manage offer and negotiation process and devise creative closing strategies
Ensure that every candidate is a raving fan of Zumper and has a positive candidate experience regardless of hiring decision
Track recruiting activity (time-to-fill, referral %, offer acceptance %, diversity hiring) to assess progress on recruiting goals and targets
Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in recruiting and compensation
Assist the VP of PeopleOps with recruiting operations including interview training, recruitment marketing, and building structured interview processes

Who You Are
You have 5+ years of recruiting experience owning searches across sales/business development positions at a variety of levels of seniority
You can demonstrate a consistent track record of sourcing (especially passive), recruiting, and closing extraordinary talent
You have knowledge of employment laws with regards to recruiting and on-boarding
A solid communicator and skilled at influencing
A talent advisor, experienced at developing and maintaining strong business partnerships
A team player, looking to create and drive projects that improve our recruiting function
Able to build and define recruiting pipeline metrics and data
You have an eye for detail and execution in a high-growth environment
Experienced and proficient with ATSs and other recruiting software (ideally Lever and LinkedIn)
