About this Opportunity
Zumper is seeking a player/coach Sales Recruiting Manager to build the recruiting engine and close top talent as we scale. You will use your experience in full-cycle recruiting to find key sales hires and rapidly grow our team.

What You Will Do
Lead recruiting operations for sales searches including use of sourcing tools, external agencies, recruitment marketing, etc. to build top of funnel as well as internal interview training and structured interview processes
Work closely with hiring managers to understand team hiring needs, take ownership of searches, and enable quality hiring decisions
Create and maintain a network of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies and relationship management
Execute on recruitment and screening strategies to increase the pipeline of candidates
Own the offer and negotiation process and devise creative closing strategies
Ensure that every candidate is a raving fan of Zumper and has a positive candidate experience regardless of hiring decision
Track recruiting activity (time-to-fill, referral %, offer acceptance %, diversity hiring rates, stage conversion) to assess progress on recruiting goals and propose strategies to improve our metrics
Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in recruiting and compensation
Assist VP PeopleOps with growth and professional development of the Zumper recruiting team

Who You Are
You have 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience owning searches at a variety of levels from senior sales leadership, and account executives, to junior sales development reps
You have 3+ years of people management, can train and coach a small team of sourcers or recruiters, and can identify challenges on searches and implement solutions.
Skilled at sourcing (especially passive candidates), interviewing, and closing outstanding talent
A proven communicator and accomplished at influencing
A talent advisor, experienced at developing and maintaining strong business partnerships
A collaborative team player, looking to create and deliver projects that improve our recruiting function
Able to define and drive recruiting pipeline metrics, reporting, and data
You have an eye for detail and execution in a high-growth environment
Proficient with an ATS and other recruiting software
