What You Can Expect As the Foreman/Recruiter, you will manage the Installers and engage in aggressive, full-cycle recruiting, ensuring Installer new hires align with company core values; Safety, Personal Integrity, Dependability, Commitment, Collaboration, and Excellence. Builds applicant sources and creates high-quality candidate experience by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, media and online sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintain rapport Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and procedures; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames Manage trainee program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring trainee job contributions; coaching trainees; and advising managers on training and coaching Responsible for employee development: Talent acquisition Retention One-on-ones with Installers To Be Successful Bachelor's Degree, preferred Construction experience, preferred 5+ years of management experience, preferred 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle Position requires a drug test and motor vehicle report, background check (if applicable) to be completed, contingent upon employment.
