Job Description Job Description Adventist Health Hanford Hospital is actively seeking a mission-minded Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its team in Hanford, CA. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to practice in a Gastroenterology Center. This center has state-of-the-art equipment, three pre-operative bays, 2 GI suites where colonoscopies and EGDs are performed, one procedure room where manometry and Pillcam procedures take place, and 5 post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) recovery bays. This one-stop-shop for Gastroenterology opened at the end of 2020. The Adventist Health Hanford Outpatient Service Gastrointestinal center is the first of its kind in Kings and Tulare counties, offering care for heartburn, swallowing difficulties, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), bloating and more. Lab and Imaging services are on the same floor, so patients do not have to leave the building. Both experienced providers and new grads are encouraged to apply, although candidates must be comfortable with procedures and seeing patients in the clinic. ERCP is a plus but not required.
