Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Internal Job Description Manager Interviews -No first time traveler- -Must have been charge RN in last assignment- 3 weeks of orientation 1st week is classroom and the following 2 are unit orientations Role Summary: This position is a blend of charge nurse, clinical mentor, and manager responsibilities. The clinician provides on-shift leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care while supporting staff and promoting a positive work environment. They round on patients, address service or safety concerns, and serve as a resource for both clinical and interpersonal issues. The clinician will also take charge nurse assignments as needed, depending on census and staffing levels.
