About the Role As a Urologist at the Fresno VA, you ll provide comprehensive urologic care, including inpatient and outpatient consultations, surgeries, and treatments. Compensation and Incentives • Starting Salary : $335,000 to $365,000 annually. • Recruitment Incentives : Eligible candidates may receive additional incentives. • Performance Bonus : Up to $15,000 annually based on quality and productivity metrics.
