Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity
is for a per diem Occupational Therapist to provide services within
a high school setting in Visalia, CA. The role involves supporting
six students with individualized OT services outlined in their
IEPs, contributing to their academic and functional success. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver direct OT services to six students per
their IEP requirements. - Provide monthly 30-minute sessions for
three students. - Conduct weekly 20-minute sessions for two
students. - Perform six annual 15-minute consultation sessions for
one student. - Collaborate with educators and support staff to
implement OT interventions effectively. - Document student progress
and maintain compliance with IEP service plans. Qualifications and
Experience: - Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in
school settings. - Familiarity with school-based OT service
delivery and compliance. - Ability to engage and work effectively
with high school students. - Strong communication skills for
interdisciplinary collaboration. - Flexibility to work per diem,
adapting to scheduling needs. Location: Visalia, California
Duration: Current School Year (CSY) Position: Per Diem This role
offers a chance to impact students educational experiences directly
through focused occupational therapy services. Interviews for this
