· Annual hospital deliveries: 4690 · Anticipated OBHG deliveries –
Unassigned patients vs Private patients: 49 unassigned annually ·
Current LampD coverage model: Pseudo laborist program via local
group for unassigned · NICU level: III · Anesthesia coverage model:
24/7 in-house · Residency programs that would rotate through
OBED/LampD and plan for OBHG involvement: Family Medicine ·
Clinic/outpatient responsibilities if any: none · Who will provide
back up to OBHG in the event of multiple emergencies OB/Gyn Call
Schedule?: Community providers · Gyn responsibilities: Emergent
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available
