Job Description Opportunity Kaweah Health’s Department of
Anesthesia seeks an exceptional Regional Pain Anesthesiologist to
join our innovative care team, performing over 1,700 regional
procedures annually. You will work with a collaborative group of 10
Anesthesiologists, 30 CRNAs, and our ACGME?accredited
Anesthesiology Residency Program with over 16 residents. Highlights
Leadership role as Director of Regional Pain Anesthesia Diverse
clinical responsibilities across multiple specialties Opportunity
to teach and mentor residents, fostering clinical and academic
growth Responsibilities Lead and advance Regional Pain Anesthesia
services Supervise and mentor residents, ensuring a robust
educational experience Provide anesthesia coverage in: General,
Orthopedic, Vascular, Trauma, and other surgeries Labor and
Delivery Work Schedule: 10?hour shifts on non?call days One 24?hour
call (out of house) per week with a post?call day off Non?clinical
days for core faculty responsibilities Requirements Board
Certified/Eligible for Anesthesia Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS
certifications Active California medical license Strong interest in
teaching and residency education Compensation & Benefits Hourly
Rate $280/hour Up to $290/hour (weekend/holiday stipends) Estimated
Annual Compensation $690k (55 hours/Week, 6 weeks of vacation)
