Job Description:

An established dermatology practice in Visalia, CA is seeking a Dermatologist to join their team. This is a full-time position. They will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions, both complex and basic, including acne, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and skin cancer while working with an inter-disciplinary team consisting of other general dermatologists, a Mohs surgeon and physician assistants.*Responsibilities:** Provide outpatient dermatology services* Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations* Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients* Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance* Develop and implement patient management plans* Maintain a safe and clean work environment*Qualifications:** Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating general skin conditions* Demonstrated leadership abilities* Excellent patient rapport* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, and conflict resolution abilities* Independent performer* Current California Medical license* Graduate from an accredited Medical School* Graduate form an accredited Dermatology Residency program*Benefits:** Competitive compensation + bonus structure* Full benefits package* 401k* Medical, dental, vision optionsINDPJob Type: Full-timePay: $400,000.00 - $600,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to Friday* No nights* No weekendsExperience:* Dermatology: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
