Medical based Optometry No contact lenses Daily Patient Volume:
18-24 Additional Providers/Support Staff: 2 Office Staff EMR
System(s): eClinicalWorks Lic/Certs: CA lic BLS BC/BE: BC ABMS/AOA
or BE within 3 years of residency Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Start Date: ASAC Duration: 3 months w/ Opportunity to extend Shift:
full-time, 5 days/week (8 hour shifts) with one evening shift per
week, and one Saturday per month. - Additional evenings or
Saturdays may be scheduled based on vacation/CME coverage for the
