We recently established our US offices and building our core local team to work alongside our cofounder and CEO.Join Flexigo and together let's fulfill our vision of empowering employers and employees alike to reduce single occupancy vehicle while improving the rider experience and freedom.What your role will beYou will be in charge of identifying commute and mobility related pain points of employers in various industries, build the ROI use case for each use case and devise the strategy and channels to reach corporations within those verticals.Enterprise customers in our focus are the ones that require employees' physical presence at work site and have hard time filling job openings post Covid as well as those employers currently working remotely but planning a full time or hybrid back to work scenario.This is a very entrepreneurial role, and will also involve close collaboration with our lead management, technical and operations teams.Previous experience of transportation demand management and transportation tech solutions and acquaintance with shared mobility solutions including but not limited to shuttles, van pools, car sharing and mobility platforms would be a plus.Within two months, you will: --- Identify and prioritize enterprise customer segments where Flexigo would provide the most benefit. --- Initiate direct and channel access to transportation and HR managers of enterprise customers. --- Work on product market fit and localization with product teams. --- Work with the TDM (transportation demand management) teams of prospect customers to identify commute related problems. --- Collaborate with city, transportation and planning organizations as well as TMAs (Transportation Management Association) to present Flexigo's vision and strategy. --- Leverage the platform to present viable transportation strategies to customers. --- Represent Flexigo at related conferences and fairs virtual or in person when needed.Within four months, you will: --- Expand solution partnerships to increase the value and outreach of our platform. --- Contribute to the product roadmap as a voice for customer needs. --- Devise a sound business development strategy for direct and indirect sales channels. --- Be influencing the sales process with feedback from your sales cycles and engagement with prospects and customers --- Hire and manage new sales team membersPreferred skills and background --- 5+ years of solution sales, business development or TDM related consultancy experience --- Experience engaging with HR solutions buyers, TDM managers and C-Level execs of enterprise customers --- Ability to balance responsibilities of creating your own opportunities --- Entrepreneurial mindset - implement new strategies and continuously improve process --- Hustle and grit - take initiative and independently problem solve --- Must have negotiation and closing experience --- Strong written and verbal communication skills --- A sense of intellectual curiosity, passion, humility --- A willingness to accept and seek coaching to improve your skills --- Ownership; both of the process and over your own resultsWhat gives you bonus points --- Having previously worked within mobility projects --- Knowledge of shuttle, vanpool or other shared mobility solutions --- TDM/TMA experienceWhat we offer --- Great environment, tools and resources to disrupt an incumbent industry --- Competitive salary --- Generous commissions and additional bonuses on the first batch on each vertical --- Health insurance including vision and dental --- Stock option plan with vesting starting past the first year --- Paid time offJoining the Flexigo team means being part of a team that celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression.
