We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven account manager who will
be a member of a fledging, tight-knit sales team on a mission to
blaze trails in the US market! This position provides an
outstanding opportunity to hunt new accounts, grow business in
exciting accounts at the intersection of tech and business. In a
nutshell, you have a big canvas to draw on, and how much impact you
can make is truly up to you. Our products are innovative and

identify customers' needs and demonstrate how our technology can

The location is preferred to in Silicon Valley, bay area.
- Formulate and execute the strategy to grow business in the
- Make new connections and build deep relationships with
high-profile accounts, drive exemplary customer satisfaction.
- Lead customer engagement throughout the design cycle from
identifying needs, showing where we can add value, leading the
technical team to meet customers' requirements to production
- Own accounts as a whole, from demand creation, supply continuity
to quality management. Work well with both internal and external
stakeholders to meet technical demands, build ramp plans, ensure
sufficient backlog coverage.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in semiconductor sales roles
- Operate with a sense of urgency. Result and action-oriented,
- Effective leadership. Ability to lead internal teams to make the
right decisions and move things quickly, manager customers'
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to
effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders'
- Mandarin speaking is preferred
- Experience to work with globally located teams.
