Regional Vice President of Sales

Job Description:

The Regional VP of Sales will lead the procurement of new business for ZeOmega by qualifying leads and introducing prospects to Executive Management in order to assist in securing and closing new business opportunities. This position will maintain relationships with clients and assist Client Services in the selling of products to his/her clients.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study: Business or Related Field; Master's Degree Preferred, Field of Study: Business Administration or Related Field

Experience: Minimum of 7 years' related experience selling multimillion dollar Software Solutions within the Payer arena, Health Plans, or Providers with long complex sales cycles.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Visio); Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM software tool; BizApp (preferred)

Other Requirements:
Experience presenting healthcare IT software solutions to Executive leadership in a care management environment.
Exceptional track record of sales results within healthcare solutions market.
Knowledge or experience in Commercial Health Plans is required. Additional experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Employer/Self-Insured Health Plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Integrated delivery Systems.
Must have excellent knowledge of payer based healthcare and emerging trends in the health informatics,
Understanding of key trends and pain points in the payer industry and ability to link them to business needs.
Must possess strong consultative sales skills using technology and sales.
Must be a self-starter with strong multitasking capabilities capable of managing multiple agreements simultaneously.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to proactively initiate necessary steps to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
Strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
