Regional Sales Director - West

Hunters XDR is the core platform that supports the transformation of the SOC into a modern, and highly effective operation. Hunters exposes today's complex attacks in record time and providing the critical context needed for effective response. By applying big data engineering, machine learning and offensive and defensive cybersecurity, the Hunters Open XDR platform uniquely delivers autonomous attack analytics in context to accelerate the detection-understanding-response process that is key for driving the efficacy and efficiency required by today's SOCs.
We're experiencing tremendous customer and sales growth and we're rapidly expanding the team to try and keep up. We've also got incredible investors with YL Ventures, Blumberg Capital, USVP, Microsoft/M12, Snowflake, Okta and most recently Bessemer Venture Partners.
The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for proactively prospecting targeted accounts in a geographic area to develop a pipeline of sales revenue. The RD's mission is to uncover interest in Hunters with the goal of delivering sales revenue. In addition, have command of a strong sales process and exceptional documentation/communication of activities through SFDC.
Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrate over achievement in past roles
  • Drive pipeline and increase the number opportunities
  • Willing to travel to build a quality business pipeline focusing on developing opportunities
  • Proficient using SFDC
  • The ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close transactions
  • Persuasive C-level communication
  • Solid presentation skills both in person and over video
  • The ability to create territory sales plans focused on customer targets
  • Good teaming and collaboration habits
  • Experienced with channel partners and co-selling together
  • Knowledge of tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn
  • Understanding sales methodologies, MEDDIC for example
    Qualifications:
    • 5 years cybersecurity experience
    • 5 to 10 years of sales experience with 3 years of SaaS Solution Selling to Enterprise accounts
    • Past startup experience is a necessity
    • You succeed in a growing culture. You operate independently within a collaborative environment
    • You have a curiosity for uncovering your customer needs.
    • You are passionate for solving customer challenges with new technology
