The Director of Marketing will oversee all B2B and B2C marketing and be given significant freedom to add the right people to the team. In addition to continuing to develop the Kuubix brand a significant focus will be on building out a brand-new ecommerce property. One of our company's values is unconventional, and the right person for the job needs to be a creative thinker with a start-up mentality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic mind with strong ability to put plans into action.
• Ability to build an empowered and results-oriented team and to work closely with other departments to accelerate their success.
• Must have a solid track record with digital marketing.
• Demonstrated success designing and executing large social media campaigns for lead generation.
• Proficiency with TCPA and other regulation. . Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Marketing experience-
  • Sales experience-
  • Proven track record of implementing an aggressive marketing campaign and achieving results.
