Job Description Job Description Salary: 17-20 Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services. Synergy Companies is looking for a new Weatherization specialist to join our Fresno team. We need someone who is hard working , reliable, organized and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Repair major and minor issues on residential dwellings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Replace shower heads and aerators Maintain a clean and safe workspace Perform other duties, as assigned Perform minor HVAC duct repair and use duct leakage testing equipment Perform blower door testing for shell leakage MInor electrical repairs, fan installation Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand - held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Wx certified (bonus) Ngat certification (bonus) Detail oriented with paperwork Benefits: Salary depends on experience bonuses on every paycheck Medical Insurance Dental insurance 401 k with 50 % match Vacation pay offered after a year 5 days paid sick time Company truck for leads Company gas card for leads
