Job Description Summary The Field Engineer II will perform
preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and
repairs on our life-changing medical equipment for Xray and
vascular modalities within a hospital or healthcare system in San

world. Job Description Responsibilities Carry out timely and
accurate preventative maintenance, installations and
troubleshooting on medical equipment within a hospital or
healthcare system to help customers deliver optimal services to
patients Maintain strong relationships and frequent communications
with customers to ensure issues are resolved and follow-up services
provided to their total satisfaction Work closely with customers to
recommend value-added services that will improve their efficiency
Help and/or train less experienced Field Service Engineers if and
when required Follow company policies, procedures and hospital
protocols to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are
met Complete all appropriate documentation detailing the work
you---ve performed Qualifications / Requirements Associate's or
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or related
field OR equivalent military education OR participation in the
formal GE Healthcare Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military
Externship program OR a High School Diploma/GED and 5 or more years
of experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment Ability to
lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted Ability to
frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl,
sit and stand for long periods of time Able to reach at, above and
below shoulder level, flex/extend neck and have good hand and
finger dexterity Valid Driver's License Willingness to be available
to work after-hours and/or on a rotating on-call schedule,
