WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAs the Sr. Technical Support Engineer, you will
provide post-sales HVAC/R support, which includes the
commissioning, installation, testing, maintenance and training
services to Heatcraft customers, end-users and field sales both
remotely and at jobsites. Proficient in the principles and
processes for providing customer service. This includes customer
needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and
evaluation of customer satisfaction.
This role will be covering the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide customer technical support in the setup, configuring,
troubleshooting and operating of Heatcraft products via phone and
- Provide customer-specific troubleshooting assistance for
Heatcraft equipment and related controls.
- Provide training, as required, to the sales group and customers
on the features, proper use and application of Heatcraft
- Coordinate with various Heatcraft functional areas, as needed,
in the resolution of technical field issues and the identification
of their internal corrective actions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORIn order to be successful in this role, you
will need to have the following:
- BS from Accredited College, University or Technical School
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with
HVAC/R System Applications and Troubleshooting
- Professional experience with the Refrigeration or HVAC control
- Proficiency in reading and understanding both electrical
schematics and piping diagrams
- Proficient in use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record in HVAC/R technical support and problem
solving is required
