active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy

qualifications will not be considered. A high school in Visalia, CA
is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide part-time
services during the current school year. This role focuses on
delivering essential PT support for students with Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring their physical therapy goals
are met in an educational setting. Responsibilities include: -
Providing direct physical therapy services to students according to
their IEP requirements - Collaborating with educators, parents, and
support staff to create tailored treatment plans - Conducting up to
120 minutes of annual consultations, with the possibility of
increased consultation time - Maintaining thorough documentation of
student progress and therapy sessions - Participating in team
meetings and staying informed on best practices in pediatric
physical therapy Qualifications: - Licensed Physical Therapist with
experience working in school environments preferred - Strong
knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles and IEP
processes - Excellent communication skills for collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams and families - Ability to manage caseload
efficiently while prioritizing student-centered care - Commitment
to professional ethics and compliance with state regulations This
per diem position offers flexible hours during the school calendar
