Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Rental Agent to join a
well-known car rental company in Bakersfield, CA. As a Rental
Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers,
helping them with vehicle rentals, explaining terms and policies,
and ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience. Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $17.00/HR Must have open availability, including
mornings, evenings, and weekends Key Responsibilities: Greet
customers in a professional and courteous manner Assist with the
check-in and check-out process for rental vehicles Explain rental
policies, insurance options, and vehicle features Process payments,
handle returns, and manage rental agreements Inspect vehicles
before and after rentals for damage and cleanliness Maintain
accurate records and documentation Resolve customer concerns or
escalate as necessary Ensure the rental area is clean, organized,
and fully stocked with marketing materials
