Brief Summary of the Position: CHARTSDARTS is seeking a digitally savvy storyteller with 360-campaign experience, to help lay the foundation of our growing creative department. We are a start-up agency centered around driving business results for our clients with work that is creative, strategic and human-centric. As such, we cultivate an environment that embraces the chaos and finds the beauty and opportunity in it. You will be collaborating with other members of the creative department to help concept, write and provide copy for a wide variety of content being delivered across multiple mediums, including broadcast, digital, OOH, social, etc., as well as content that will be used internally, including new business proposals, case studies, web and more. Position Purpose: CHARTSDARTS was founded by members who worked for a number of big agencies and realized there was a better way. A better way to bring good work to our clients, and more importantly, a better way to value, grow and nurture good ideas. We believe a good idea can come from anyone, and we---ve spent the past three years creating an environment for other like-minded individuals to call home. We---re looking for a candidate to support our developing account practices in a start-up environment. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: ? Work closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to continually push the boundaries of creativity for our growing roster of clients. ? Work with internal teams and external vendors to retain the creative vision while driving the evolution of the brand tone. ? Draft supporting copy for Web, Social Media, CRM and campaign-related work. ? Support new-business efforts: case studies, treatments, pitches. ? Work across various platforms and can concept, review, proof and handle day-to-day tasks alongside long-term projects. ? Capable of a wide breadth of abilities from long-form to post copy, headlines to CTAs and brand manifestos. ? Work closely with the strategy, account and media department to ensure that creative and concepts accurately address client needs. ? Maintain brand voice across all creative executions. Traits and experience of ideal candidate: ? 3-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably at a creative agency. ? Well-rounded portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives and strategies with an emphasis in digitally related work. ? Well-rounded experience developing copy for a wide variety of work: post copy, custom content, high-level concepts, interview questions, video scripts. ? Must have experience with on-set creative direction and upholding conceptual integrity. ? Proofing/editing skills and a professional writer---s command of the English language. ? Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, be proactive and work effectively as part of the creative team as well as independently. ? Positive, solution-oriented attitude in addressing day-to-day challenges. ? Superior written and verbal communication skills both internally and with the client. ? A solid understanding of current creative media, culture, technologies and trends. ? Automotive and enthusiast culture knowledge a plus. Benefits ?
