We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for a Paid Acquisition Marketing Manager to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within the next 3 years. About The Position iRestore is looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive our paid ads performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing the marketing strategy, and overseeing and supporting the marketing team members. Reports to Director of Performance Marketing What you---ll do: Lead and support the implementation of our paid social marketing strategies (Facebook Ads, Google PPC, Google Display, Youtube, TikTok) Manage implementation of tactics for optimizing paid acquisition cross-channel KPIs including traffic, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS in order to achieve revenue and performance goals Measure and optimize our paid marketing using platform-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and landing page sources reports Scale channel(s) by testing new opportunities and running experiments Lead strategy for paid media creative asset production Set up robust reporting & automation to improve operational efficiency Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition through new channels Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs Coordinate, supervise and inspire members of our paid marketing team Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying Build a high performing paid marketing program combining data-focused experimentation, deep customer understanding, and a high level of creativity Participate in a quarterly OKR process with clear goals and deliverables to support growth objectives Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation The ideal candidate has: 4 years experience managing Paid User Acquisition at scale across multiple channels and ad networks while exceeding specific KPIs Demonstrated experience improving the performance of paid campaigns through optimization, automation, and creative Able to manage performance creative strategy and guide creative development at a rapid pace Results-driven mindset of relentless experimentation across existing channels while constantly finding and growing new acquisition channels Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening, and presenting Data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results Leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting, and project management Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning, scheduling, and implementing campaigns Comfortable using campaign tracking and scheduling software among other creative computer-aided design tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Strategic thinker with great analytical skills yet able to switch to creative mode easily Our Core Values and what we built our culture around: WE THINK BIG: We have a forward-thinking, growth mindset and always consider the big picture in our decisions PROACTIVE PROBLEM SOLVER: We use our problem-solving and analytical skills to make data-informed decisions FAIL QUICKLY AND LEARN: We favor testing and failing quickly and learning from our mistakes to continue to level up OPEN & HONEST COMMUNICATION/FEEDBACK: We communicate and share feedback with each other with radical candor and transparency CONTINUOUS LEARNING & IMPROVEMENT: We are always improving the way we work and challenging each other to bring new ways of thinking to the table PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT WE DO: We strive to motivate and empower each other to contribute to a positive team culture Company Benefits: Competitive salary, including discretionary performance-based bonuses Fully remote work with flexible schedules Vacation Time up to 12 days your first year and 8 Sick Days Health Benefits (medical, dental, vision) with fully covered plans Fitness Reimbursement --- your physical and mental health is super important Learning Reimbursement --- we really value lifelong learning and personal development Paid Parental Leave Free iRestore Products (In case you or someone you love is losing hair)
