for a Paid Acquisition Marketing Manager to join us on our journey
to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within
the next 3 years. About The Position iRestore is looking for an
experienced marketing professional to drive our paid ads
performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing the
marketing strategy, and overseeing and supporting the marketing
team members. Reports to Director of Performance Marketing What
you---ll do: Lead and support the implementation of our paid social
marketing strategies (Facebook Ads, Google PPC, Google Display,
Youtube, TikTok) Manage implementation of tactics for optimizing
paid acquisition cross-channel KPIs including traffic, CPC,
conversion rates and ROAS in order to achieve revenue and
performance goals Measure and optimize our paid marketing using
platform-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and landing page
sources reports Scale channel(s) by testing new opportunities and
running experiments Lead strategy for paid media creative asset
production Set up robust reporting & automation to improve
operational efficiency Research and test partnerships with new
vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
through new channels Collaborate with marketing teammates to
maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid
programs Coordinate, supervise and inspire members of our paid
marketing team Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and
potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including
updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic
media buying Build a high performing paid marketing program
combining data-focused experimentation, deep customer
understanding, and a high level of creativity Participate in a
quarterly OKR process with clear goals and deliverables to support
growth objectives Monitor market intelligence and keep track of
competitor movement and market situation The ideal candidate has: 4
years experience managing Paid User Acquisition at scale across
multiple channels and ad networks while exceeding specific KPIs
Demonstrated experience improving the performance of paid campaigns
through optimization, automation, and creative Able to manage
performance creative strategy and guide creative development at a
rapid pace Results-driven mindset of relentless experimentation
across existing channels while constantly finding and growing new
acquisition channels Effective communication, including writing,
speaking, active listening, and presenting Data analysis and
critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results
Leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting, and project
management Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when
planning, scheduling, and implementing campaigns Comfortable using
campaign tracking and scheduling software among other creative
computer-aided design tools Excellent organizational and time
management skills Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
