Coordinator to offer support to our service team at our Pacific, WA
location. Position Summary The successful candidate will have a
minimum intermediate level of skills in common office software
including - Microsoft office, Outlook, Adobe, Excel & Word. Ideally
the candidate will have prior experience with purchase order
processing. We are looking for a team player interested in
contributing to the success of an expanding organization.
Responsibilities - Answering main phone line. - Processing of
Inspection & Service Reports. - Purchase orders. - Computer based
file sorting, creation, monitoring. - Data entry. - Mailing/ small
item shipping. - Answer customer telephone calls. Required
Skills/Abilities - Excellent verbal communication skills. -
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Basic
understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and
systems. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related
software. Education and Experience - High school diploma or
equivalent required. Work Environment - Prolonged periods of
sitting at a desk. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Experience: - Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred) Work
Environment, Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: - Office
environment- sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Must be
