Job Description:

Local Bakersfield Medical company is seeking a Front Office Receptionist Lead for a specialty practice site. If you are customer service oriented, possess strong communication skills both written and verbal and are seeking a stable opportunity this could be the job for you! Qualified candidates must have 2 to 4 years Medical Reception experience, bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus. Job duties will include; -Lead and coordinate day to day front office operations, -Answering busy incoming phone lines, -Scheduling of patients, -Data entry of patient demographics, -Pulling of patient charts, -Filing, mail distribution as well as additional clerical duties.
