About the Position:

The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst/Administrator reports to the Senior Manager of SFDC Strategy & Innovation within WW GTM Sales Operations and collaborates with cross-functional business partners to understand business processes, business requirements for projects (including Tableau CRM), initiatives, and integrations. In addition, the successful candidate will possess admin knowledge of

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform, working with IT to deploy production changes
  • Hands on configuration of new and existing features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages
  • Create BRDs and user stories to support GTM initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure enhancements and projects are prioritized, feasible, developed, tested, deployed, and communicated as scheduled
  • Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system
  • Create post go-live collateral as needed (i.e. training documents, communication) and deliver end-user training
  • Collaborate with IT, System Integrators, within Sales Operations and other teams within Juniper to resolve gaps or implement improvements
  • Interested in learning or have experience in building Tableau CRM Dashboards from existing datasets

    Required Skills/Experience:
    • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing business processes
    • Able to review, analyze and document processes, identify gaps and solutions, analyze data and draw conclusions
    • Manage technical and non-technical business stakeholders' expectations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels within the organization
    • Proven project management skills, managing timeline, scope, and cost/resources; call out risks and provide project status to all stakeholders; the ability to collaborate to work towards project goals
    • Understand capabilities, App Integration, Tableau CRM, CPQ, PRM
    • Experience using Salesforce data tools (i.e. Data Loader)
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in Sales Operations
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Admin
    • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Enjoys working as a team or independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
