Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of
outstanding balances. • Handle collections and maintain positive
relationships with clients. • Apply payments accurately and
reconcile cash transactions. • Oversee billing functions, ensuring
invoices are generated and distributed promptly. • Perform
administrative tasks related to accounts receivable and financial
reporting. • Utilize QuickBooks to track financial data and
maintain accurate records. • Coordinate scheduling and manage
deadlines for financial operations. • Provide excellent customer
service to address inquiries and resolve issues. • Collaborate with
other departments to ensure smooth financial workflows. • Minimum
of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field. •
Proficiency in managing commercial collections and cash
applications. • Experience with QuickBooks for financial tracking
and reporting. • Strong organizational and administrative skills. •
Demonstrated ability to handle billing functions efficiently. •
Excellent customer service skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively. • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial
processes.
