team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our transactions and

and resolving fraudulent activities. As part of our dedicated team,
you will be instrumental in protecting the bank's assets and
enhancing our fraud detection measures, ensuring our operations
align with our values of trust and client-focused service. Monitor
and analyze transactions to detect suspicious activities and
potential fraud risks Develop and implement fraud prevention
strategies to reduce the risk of financial losses Collaborate with
the compliance and operations teams to enhance fraud detection
methodologies Conduct detailed investigations of irregular
transactions and prepare reports for management Educate staff and
merchants on fraud trends and prevention techniques Stay updated on
new technologies and strategies for fraud prevention Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis
software and spreadsheet tools Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with
integrity Knowledge of payment systems and merchant services
