Immediate Need! Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic
and detail-oriented Permanent AR Specialist to join our fast-paced
manufacturing team. This role will play a critical part in our
finance department, ensuring that all invoices are issued
accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in Accounts Receivable (A/R), invoicing, collections,
reconciling accounts, and managing entries. As a Permanent Billing
Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining our financial
health and ensuring the smooth operation of our billing functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with
more than 5 years of experience to further their career in a
thriving and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Oversee and
streamline billing and collections processes Issue and post bills,
receipts and invoices Check the validity of debit accounts Update
accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and
deadlines Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable
data Perform account reconciliations Maintain and review customer
files, including contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence
Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services
rendered Enter data on invoices; ensure proper coding on documents
Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication
with customers via phone, email, fax or mail Monitor the accounts
receivable aging report; identify outstanding account balances
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or
related field 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the
Manufacturing industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with
exceptional skills in Excel Knowledge of billing procedures,
familiarity with A/R and invoicing Proven experience in
collections, reconciling accounts, and managing entries Strong
ability to analyze and solve problems Excellent communication,
interpersonal and negotiation skills High degree of accuracy,
attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work
independently, as well as part of a team Excellent organizational
skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to effectively
manage time, meet deadlines and work under pressure Knowledge of
applicable laws and regulations related to billing and collections
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a
fast-paced, highly professional environment. If you are an
